How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Rawties Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Rawties Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be dropped from it. Please understand that Rawties Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@rawties.living and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
